What a chat looks like
I have a flush draw. There is $100 in the pot and they bet $20. Should I call?
Let's do the maths. You pay $20 to win $120, so you need to win about 17% of the time. With nine outs and one card to come, you hit about 19%. A small edge: calling is fine.
And if they bet $100?
Then you need 33% and only have 19%. That is a fold. The bet size changes everything.
