What a chat looks like
My essay intro feels flat. It starts "In this essay I will talk about climate change."
Open with something the reader can picture instead, like a fact or a scene. For example: "In 2023, Canada lost an area of forest the size of Greece." Then state your argument in one sentence.
So the thesis goes right after the hook?
Yes: hook, one line of context, then your thesis. Paste your new version and I will give you feedback.
